Term of Service policy for trainees of Obatos Recruitment and Training (RECTRA):

Course Enrollment and Registration

1.1 Trainees are required to complete the enrollment process by submitting accurate and complete registration information.

1.2 Enrollment is subject to availability, and course seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

1.3 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual without providing a reason.

Course Fees and Payment

2.1 Trainees are responsible for paying the applicable course fees as specified by Obatos Recruitment and Training.

2.2 Payment should be made in the designated currency and through the approved payment methods provided by Obatos Recruitment and Training.

2.3 Course fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the refund policy of Obatos Recruitment and Training.

Course Completion and Certification

3.1 Trainees must fulfill all requirements, including attending all sessions, completing assignments, and passing assessments, to successfully complete a course.

3.2 Upon successful completion, trainees will receive a certificate of completion from Obatos Recruitment and Training.

3.3 Certificates will be issued to trainees who have demonstrated satisfactory performance, as determined solely by Obatos Recruitment and Training.

Trainee Conduct and Behavior

4.1 Trainees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions and interactions with trainers and fellow trainees.

4.2 Trainees must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Obatos Recruitment and Training, including any codes of conduct or ethics specific to the course or industry.

4.3 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any trainee engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and online resources, provided by Obatos Recruitment and Training are protected by intellectual property rights.

5.2 Trainees may use the course materials for personal learning purposes only and are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing them without explicit written consent from Obatos Recruitment and Training.

Modifications and Termination

6.1 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to modify or terminate any course, including course content, schedule, or instructor, at its discretion.

6.2 In the event of course termination, trainees will be notified, and any applicable course fees paid will be refunded proportionally, based on the completed portion of the course.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Obatos Recruitment and Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trainee participation in the courses or use of course materials.

7.2 Trainees acknowledge that the courses are provided on an "as-is" basis, and Obatos Recruitment and Training does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the training content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
