Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Recruiters who wish to post job offers on the Obatos Recruitment and Training platform must be a registered user of the platform.

1.2 Recruiters must provide accurate and complete registration information and agree to the terms of service before they can post job offers.

Job Offers and Advertisements

2.1 Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of job offers and advertisements they post on the Obatos Recruitment and Training platform.

2.2 Job offers and advertisements must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-discrimination laws, data protection laws, and advertising standards.

2.3 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to remove any job offer or advertisement that violates this policy without notice.

Recruitment Process

3.1 Recruiters are solely responsible for the recruitment process, including but not limited to candidate selection, interviewing, and employment offers.

3.2 Recruiters must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment laws, data protection laws, and equal opportunities laws.

3.3 Obatos Recruitment and Training is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the recruitment process, including but not limited to disputes between recruiters and candidates.

Fees and Payment

4.1 Recruiters are responsible for paying the applicable fees for job offers and advertisements as specified by Obatos Recruitment and Training.

4.2 Payment should be made in the designated currency and through the approved payment methods provided by the platform.

4.3 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to change the fees at any time, but any such changes will only apply to job offers or advertisements posted after the change.

Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All job offers and advertisements posted on the Obatos Recruitment and Training platform are protected by intellectual property rights.

5.2 Recruiters grant Obatos Recruitment and Training a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the job offers and advertisements for the purpose of promoting the platform and its services.

Termination

6.1 Obatos Recruitment and Training reserves the right to terminate the registration of any recruiter who violates this policy or the terms of service without notice or refund.

6.2 Recruiters may terminate their registration and remove job offers and advertisements at any time, but no refund will be provided for any fees paid.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Obatos Recruitment and Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any job offers or advertisements posted on the platform.

7.2 Recruiters acknowledge that the platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Obatos Recruitment and Training does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the recruitment services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
